About Internet Magic

“Internet Magic” is a term I use to describe things like:

and so on with the intention of masking one’s true identity on the Internet.  Usually, the person employing these techniques wishes to appear more “established” and “legitimate” than they really are.  For whatever reason, they feel that their skills or qualifications are not sufficient on their own to merit a sale of their product or service.

I make no bones about the fact that I am a home-based business.  I feel that my experience designing and developing real-world enterprise applications can stand up to the strictest scrutiny.  I have nothing to hide.

In fact, I am glad to have reached a point in my career where I can choose to do interesting and meaningful work from the comfort of my home, while still being available to my family for baseball games, camping trips, movie matinees, and making lunch and dinner.  To me, it’s the American dream come true.
